Description: This recall involves ALL Rock ‘n Play Sleepers.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the product and contact Fisher-Price for a refund or voucher.
Incidents/Injuries: Since the 2009 product introduction, over 30 infant fatalities have occurred in Rock ‘n Play Sleepers, after the infants rolled over while unrestrained, or under other circumstances.
Sold At: Major retailers for approximately $40 to $149.

Name of product:Bumbo Baby Seats
Hazard: Babies can maneuver out of or fall from the Bumbo seat, posing a risk of serious injuries.
Remedy: Order the free repair kit by visitingwww.recall.BumboUSA.com or calling (866) 898-4999 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. CT Monday through Thursday and between 8 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. CT on Friday. Do not return the Bumbo seat to retailers as they will not be able to provide the repair kit.

Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumpers
The "sun" toy attachment on the activity jumper can rebound with force and injure the infant, posing an impact hazard.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission is charged with protecting the public from unreasonable risks of injury or death associated with the use of thousands of types of consumer products under the agency’s jurisdiction.
Federal law bars any person from selling products subject to a publicly-announced voluntary recall by a manufacturer or a mandatory recall ordered by the Commission.
